Market from Exchange Square
The CitiBus/NWFB route number 6 from
Exchange Square in Central Hong Kong is one of the best ways to
reach Stanley Market. Together with the related routes
6A, 6X, 66 and 260 they provide a
comfortable air-conditioned ride from the city centre to right
outside the market area.
Each bus route goes past the market itself
and are marked either Stanley Prison, Stanley Fort or Stanley
Plaza. They all stop at the same bus stop outside the
market except for the route 66 to Stanley Plaza, which is a
weekday rush-hour only route and so unlikely to be used by

avoid the bus 6 or 66 as they go OVER the hill, while all the
others goe via the Aberdeen tunnel which is a more direct route.
However if you want more interesting views
of Hong Kong countryside then the 6 or 66 do give some very
interesting glimpses of the wooded hillsides, views over the
sea, and pass by some of the most prestigious residential tower
blocks in the city.
