Picture perfect displays
Displays such as this are common with brightly coloured products arranged on hanging frames outside the shops. In this case these are the environmental cloth shopping bags which have become popular in Hong Kong since the charges for plastic shopping bags in supermarkets was introduced.
These colourful displays make the market a great place to take some interesting photographs for the shutterbug in your group, but please do try not to block the shop fronts as our tradesmen do need to keep their business running! A few shops do in fact have "No photographs" signs and we ask you please to respect those.
